When we first started LYFT'D as a coaching, mentoring and consulting group, we wanted to have an easier way to remember and encapsulate what we were doing, so we made a decision to use an acronym to show what it is that we are and what we do.

Set out below is a synopsis of this for your understanding and we believe that working with us will set you on a pathway to BETTER. Wiser and Stronger and better directed as a person or in a corporate sense, as a business.
